Mobility for the first 25 minutes

- Complete a WOD you missed this week
- Bench 5 x 5 + CrossOver Symmetry each round
- 20-25 minutes of:
:45 Battling Rope
4-6 Bungee Rope Pull
4-8 Dips
20-30 Cal Bike or Row
10-15 Cal Ski
6-10 DB Strict Press
6-10 Strict Pull Ups
